I recently traveled from New York (LGA) to Chicago (ORD) on Spirit Airlines for $68.20 (all in) round-trip. I have family in Chicago, so it’s always great to hop over and visit them for a weekend.
Paid a visit to the Centurion Lounge before my flight. Read my post on the lounges.
The flight schedule was perfect–I left New York on Friday night at 10pm and returned Sunday evening around 9pm. It is a treat to find a flight for my fiancé and me for the weekend that is this convenient.
During our weekend trip, we made sure to have brunch at one of my places to visit in Chicago, Shaw’s Crab House, known for their weekend brunch.
Sausage and bacon anyone?
The quality of the seafood is superb.
Oysters on oysters!
Leave room for the dessert bar!
